Galen structures transactions to meet the needs of business owners in many different circumstances, including growth equity investments, complete buy-outs, family business or other recapitalizations, going-private transactions, roll-overs of a portion of existing equity, and management buyouts. In addition, many of the companies in which we already have investments seek add-on acquisitions in their sectors.
